Dear guests

We have taken various protective measures at our Hotel Ambiance – without you having to forego a warm atmosphere and well-earned rest. We comply completely with all specified protective measures. But that is not enough for us: we have also developed a comprehensive and detailed security concept. Ensuring the health of all our guests and employees is our highest priority as a family-run and hotel.

Safety measures

Enjoy the winter with safety

You can be assured that we comply with all regulations of the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH and the protection concept of hotelleriesuisse without exception. We take this for granted.

General

  • For your additional protection, the Hotel Ambiance is available exclusively for hotel guests and registered visitors until further notice.
  • In all publicly accessible areas of the hotel (inside and outside) a legal mask obligation applies.
  • All touch points in the hotel, such as menu cards, hotel information, are reduced to a minimum.
  • We carry out interval cleaning of the public areas several times a day using clearly defined checklists.
  • Hand disinfection dispensers are located in the public hotel area.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out is largely contactless – thanks to online registration and e-billing.

Your room

  • Your hotel room will be specially disinfected before your arrival.
  • We only use disinfecting and antiviral cleaning agents.
  • There are no objects in the guest rooms that have been touched several times.
  • No information material in paper form is used.

Our employees

  • We can also smile with our eyes and are already professionals in recognising heart’s desires in your eyes.
  • Our A-Team undergoes a regular health check.
  • We all measure the temperature every day and consistently maintain high hygiene standards. This is a duty for all employees – but above all a matter of course in today’s world.

Breakfast, room service and bar

  • We offer you a fresh, regional breakfast. For your safety we will use packaged food wherever possible.
  • You choose whether you want to have breakfast in the restaurant or in your room.
  • The always very high hygiene standards of kitchen and service are strictly controlled and carried out.

Single malt and wine lounge

  • The single malt and wine lounge is, like the entire hotel, exclusively available to our hotel guests as a place of retreat and is open until 8 pm in the evening.
  • Our honesty bar is open 24/7.
  • Newspapers and magazines as well as other objects that are touched several times and are difficult to disinfect are not allowed.

Whirlpool and sauna

  • The use of our whirlpool and sauna requires a reservation in advance
  • In this way we guarantee a separation between the guests.
